释义	不能。我国现行的结婚登记年龄仍是男22岁、女20岁。我国的法律作出规定，结婚年龄，男不得早于22周岁，女不得早于20周岁。但是，为尊重少数民族的风俗习惯，现行《民法典》规定，民族自治区可以根据本民族实际情况，对法定婚龄作变通规定。法律依据: 《婚姻登记管理条例》第一千零四十九条当事人有违反民法典的行为，或在登记时弄虚作假，骗取《结婚证》的，应宣布该项婚姻无效，收回已骗取的《结婚证》，并对当事人处以 200 元以下的罚款。
