释义	放孔明灯虽不一定违法，但是放的时候必须要在空旷的地方，并查看周围有没有易燃品。但是，在具有火灾、爆炸危险的场所燃放“孔明灯”，依照有关法律规定，处警告或者五百元以下罚款;情节严重的，处五日以下拘留。《中华人民共和国消防法》第六十三条　违反本法规定，有下列行为之一的，处警告或者五百元以下罚款；情节严重的，处五日以下拘留：（一）违反消防安全规定进入生产、储存易燃易爆危险品场所的；（二）违反规定使用明火作业或者在具有火灾、爆炸危险的场所吸烟、使用明火的。
