释义	适用公告送达必须符合下列条件：受送达人下落不明，是指受送达人无固定的住址，也无法查明其现在的住址，下落不明，使人民法院无法采用直接送达的方式向当事人送达诉讼文书。法院应严格审查适用条件，慎用公告送达。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第九十二条规定受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。
