释义	出生证明也即《出生医学证明》，是由医院出具的具有一定证明力的书面材料，长期有效，并可做为婴儿登记户口的依据。婴儿出生证明主要是针对医院新生儿的详细情况进行记录。由国家卫生与计划生育委员会统一印制，以省、自治区、直辖市为单位统一编号。《出生医学证明》必须由批准开展助产技术服务并依法取得《母婴保健技术服务许可证》的医疗保健机构签发。法律依据:《母婴保健法》第二十三条规定
