释义	一般耕地和基本农田的区别具体如下： 1、两者包含关系不同。一般耕地包含基本农田，基本农田只是耕地的其中一部分，并不是所有的耕地都是基本农田； 2、保护程度不同。基本农田是属于重点保护的耕地种类，非特别情况不得占用；耕地中的一般农田没有基本农田的保护严格，不属重点保护种类。法律依据：《土地管理法》第二十一条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的耕地承包期届满后再延长三十年，草地、林地承包期届满后依照前款规定相应延长。
