释义	法律分析: 人去世了会追究债务，债务人去世的，其债务应当由其继承人在继承的遗产范围内偿还，但是超出遗产范围的债务则不需要偿还，如果继承人放弃继承，则也不需要承担债务的偿还责任。法律依据:《民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。第一千一百六十二条执行遗赠不得妨碍清偿遗赠人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。
