释义	法律分析: 如果用人单位与劳动者约定员工的工作内容中有出差，且双方协商一致的，则员工一般不能拒绝出差:如果双方没有约定，且单位的要求不合理的，则员工有权拒绝出差。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》》第三十一条用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
