释义	法律分析：女职工产假90天，分为产前假、产后假两部分。即产前假15天，产后假75天。所谓产前假15天，系指预产期前15天的休假。产前假一般不得放到产后使用。若孕妇提前生产，可将不足的天数和产后假合并使用；若孕妇推迟生产，可将超出的天数按病假处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第六十二条女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。
