律师见证股东大会注意事项

法律分析：律师办理见证要审查当事人所发生的法律事实，法律行为内容是否违反国家法律、法规规定，以及是否属于国家强制要求以其他证明形式证明的事件，只有合法且属于非国家限制范围内均事项律师方能办理见证。
法律依据：《关于基层法律服务所有限制地开展见证工作的通知》第二条 法律工作者办理见证必须当场目睹或亲自调查核实，查明当事人的身份和行为能力，申请事项及所提供的证件材料是否真实、合法，并主动开展法律咨询、代书和审查修改合同等工作，帮助当事人完善其法律行为，然后方可以法律服务所的名义予以证明。
