释义
法律分析：
如果继母对自己尽了抚养义务，则继子女必须对继母尽赡养义务，否则无义务赡养。按照相关的法律规定，父母对子女有抚养教育的义务女对父母有赡养扶助的义务。父母不履行抚养义务时，未成年的或不能独立生活的子女，有要求父母付给抚养费的权利。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零七十二条 继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
