释义	法律分析：阴阳合同是指在一次交易中同时签订两份不同的合同。两份合同中的一份具有虚假性，另一份为真实意思表示。“阳合同”因不体现当事人的真实意思而不发生效力，而“阴合同”是当事人的真实意思表示而认定为有效合同，“阴合同”只要内容合法，同样受到法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
