释义	法律分析：现在生三胎不需要办理准生证了，可以到一方户籍地社区村(居)或乡镇(街道)办理生育登记。现在执行的依然是计划生育政策，虽然允许生二胎，但仍然未全面放开三胎政策，将来可能也会开放允许生三胎，现阶段不可以。法律依据：《中共中央、国务院关于实施全面两孩政策改革完善计划生育服务管理的决定》第二条改革生育服务管理制度。实行生育登记服务制度，对生育两个以内(含两个)孩子的，不实行审批，由家庭自主安排生育。
