公安怎么恢复三年前的监控 |

基于刑事办案是有权力查的。前提是这些录像还在。如果录像不在的话，也查不到。毕竟一般企业或者事业单位的监控录像，保存期限都是三个月。超过三个月，系统会自行删除以前录制的内容，为以后录制腾出空间来。
如果存放数据的硬盘被多次覆盖重写，之前的录像文件就无法恢复了。如果硬盘中的录像文件被银行定期备份，单独保存，那么三年前的监控录像是能够查看的。
如果录像内容不是自己的，是不能够的。如果拥有监控录像的人或单位认可他人调取，就涉嫌侵犯公民个人信息罪；公民调取后泄露内容也涉嫌冒犯侵犯公民个人信息罪。录像内容是公民的个人信息，是隶属公民的隐私权
记载的图像消息材料以及其余关系材料，保存功夫不得少于三十日。《河南省大众安定本领提防处置规则》 实行细目第四十四条 技术预防体例搜集的音视频消息材料保存时间限制不得少于30日，案（事）件消息应保存到相映的消息库，长久保持。视音频消息的保存、播放应具备原始完备性。也即是说安防视频监察和控制体例的监察和控制录像囊括灌音生存功夫都不许低于30天。其余各省也都有关系的规范跟诉求，基础都是依照一个月的诉求来实行的。
