释义	法律分析：瞒报疫情的构成犯罪，故意传播突发传染病病原体，危害公共安全的，依法按照以危险方法危害公共安全罪定罪，尚未造成严重后果的，处3年以上10年以下有期徒刑;致人重伤、死亡或者使公私财产遭受重大损失的，处10年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。法律依据：《传染病防治法》第三十九条医疗机构对甲类传染病的病人、病原携带者、疑似病人的密切接触者应当隔离治疗，拒绝隔离治疗或者隔离期未满擅自脱离治疗的，可以由公安机关协助医疗机构采取强制隔离治疗措施。
