单位流产假怎么请

法律主观：

产假该向用人单位申请，劳动者可以出具请假条、正规医疗机构开具的证明，提交给单位审查；审查通过的，劳动者可以休假。国家规定女职工生育享受九十八天产假，其中产前可以休假十五天。

法律客观：

《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；难产的，增加产假15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加产假15天。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
