问题	自然人的姓氏不随父母的姓这样合法吗
释义	法律分析: 自然人一般不可以既不随父姓也不随母姓。法律规定既可以随父姓也可以随母姓，但没有规定可以随他人姓氏。除非是查找不到父母的弃婴或被他人领养的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零一十五条自然人应当随父姓或者母姓，但是有下列情形之一的，可以在父姓和母姓之外选取姓氏:（一）选取其他直系长辈血亲的姓氏；（二)因由法定扶养人以外的人扶养而选取扶养人姓氏三)有不违背公序良俗的其他正当理由。
