法律分析：我国规定警察不能纹身。
法律依据：《公安机关人民警察内务条令》第十六条：仪容
（一）公安民警应当保持头发整洁。非特殊任务需要，不得染彩发，男性公安民警不得留长发、大鬓角、卷发（自然卷除外）、剃光头或者蓄胡须，女性公安民警发辫不得过肩。
（二）公安民警不得文身，不得染指甲、留长指甲，不得化浓妆。
