释义	法律分析：合法，也就是说，平常周末加班的员工是可以以调休来代替加班费的。但是平时工作日延长时间加班的，劳动法并未规定可以优先安排调休，据此，工作日加班的是不能以调休来代替加班费，公司在工作日安排了加班，就需要向员工支付1.5倍工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十一条用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
