如果没有提前一个月辞职会扣工资吗？

法律分析：
没有提前提出离职，办理离职手续后，不应该扣除工资，应该提出辞职后，单位同意当天离职的，工资发到离职当天。劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
法律依据：
《工资支付暂行规定》 第九条 劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
