释义	法律分析：近亲结婚不一定能领到结婚证，我国法律规定近亲三代以内不能结婚。直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲是禁止结婚的，民政局不会给办理结婚登记。近亲或称亲缘关系是指三代或三代以内有共同的血缘关系。如果他们之间通婚，称为近亲婚配。他们双方有太多相似的遗传因子，后代无法从他们那里产生变异，有害基因将之传递给子孙。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
