同案犯会被关在一个监狱吗
是不允许同案犯关在一起的，因为在一起会互相通风，研究对付对策，会加大刑侦侦破难度，故而规定不能关在一个牢房。
同案犯是指二人或以上实施同一犯罪的行为。在某些重大刑事案件的追诉过程中，控方经常利用同案犯的证言作为指控其他刑事被告的证据。
第二十五条【共同犯罪概念】共同犯罪是指二人以上共同故意犯罪。二人以上共同过失犯罪，不以共同犯罪论处；应当负刑事责任的，按照他们所犯的罪分别处罚。
