释义	没有，儿媳在法律上是没有赡养公婆的义务的。赡养人的范围只包括老年人的婚生子女、非婚生子女、养子女、有抚养关系的继子女以及有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女，不包括儿媳、女婿。即法律并没有规定儿媳对公婆、女婿对岳父母负有赡养义务。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。
