释义	分手后要回是否东西合法要分具体的情况。没有分手期间，一方给予另外一方的东西属于自愿的赠予，在财产权利转移之后，不符合法定的理由的，一方是不能随意要回的。当然，大额、贵重财物可视为附条件的赠与，婚姻不成立，可依法撤销赠与。赠予的撤销权须在一年内行使。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十五条撤销权人撤销赠与的，可以向受赠人请求返还赠与的财产。
