释义	法律分析: 儿媳没有孝敬（或者说赡养）公婆的法定义务，没有法律条文规定儿媳是公婆的赡养人，儿媳只有协助丈夫赡养公婆的义务。同理，丈夫也只有协助妻子赡养岳父岳母的义务。此外，有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女也是赡养人，对自己的祖父母、外祖父母有抚养义务。《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第十四条赡养人应当履行对老年人经济上供养、生活上照料和精神上慰藉的义务，照顾老年人的特殊需要。赡养人是指老年人的子女以及其他依法负有赡养义务的人。赡养人的配偶应当协助赡养人履行赡养义务。
