释义	法律分析：无效，附条件背书，其附的条件不发生票据法上的效力，根据《中华人民共和国票据法》规定 “背书不得附有条件。背书时附有条件的，所附条件不具有汇票上的效力。”但附的条件可以发生民法上的效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第三十三条背书不得附有条件。背书时附有条件的，所附条件不具有汇票上的效力。将汇票金额的一部分转让的背书或者将汇票金额分别转让给二人以上的背书无效。
