释义	可以的。普通发票丢失了，可以让开具发票的公司拿原件复印一份，到双方所在地税务机关开具证明。增值税专用发票丢失，首先要到办税厅领取并填写《发票挂失/损毁报告表》，并且要在报纸上刊登遗失声明。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十九条，具发票的单位和个人应当按照税务机关的规定存放和保管发票，不得擅自损毁。已经开具的发票存根联和发票登记簿，应当保存5年。保存期满，报经税务机关查验后销毁。该内容由周伟男律师和律说律答共创回答
