释义	法律分析：货物运输合同的标的是承运人的劳务活动，绝大多数合同具有标准合同的性质，除此之外还有以下特点：1.收货人是货运合同的特殊当事人；2.货运合同以将货物交付给收货人为履行终点。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百二十五条托运人办理货物运输，应当向承运人准确表明收货人的姓名、名称或者凭指示的收货人，货物的名称、性质、重量、数量，收货地点等有关货物运输的必要情况。因托运人申报不实或者遗漏重要情况，造成承运人损失的，托运人应当承担赔偿责任。
