释义	法律分析：1、请求公司收购其股权。股东要求退出公司时，首先应请求公司以合理的价格收购其股权。所谓合理的价格，即公开市场上一般人认可的价格。 2、依法向人民法院提起诉讼。股东自股东会会议决议通过之日起60日内，如果与公司不能达成股权收购协议的，股东可以自股东会会议决议通过之日起90日内，向人民法院提起诉讼，由人民法院对股权收购事项依法作出裁判。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十一条有限责任公司的股东之间可以相互转让其全部或者部分股权。
