释义	直系血亲去世后会有丧假。根据法律规定，职工的直系亲属去世的，可以与用人单位协商一致后，经领导批准享有三天的丧假。在丧假期间，用人单位仍应当向劳动者发放工资。直系亲属包括父母、配偶和子女。《工资支付暂行规定》第十一条劳动者依法享受年休假、探亲假、婚假、丧假期间，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资。《劳动法》第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
