释义	法律分析：企业年金能否补缴,与你单位的企业年金实施方案有关。一般单位规定,因个人原因不参加计划的,不能补缴。法律依据：《企业年金试行办法》第七条企业年金所需费用由企业和职工个人共同缴纳。企业缴费的列支渠道按国家有关规定执行；职工个人缴费可以由企业从职工个人工资中代扣。第八条企业缴费每年不超过本企业上年度职工工资总额的十二分之一。企业和职工个人缴费合计一般不超过本企业上年度职工工资总额的六分之一。
