释义	法律分析：不合理。理由：法律规定单位支付员工工资的周期为30天，也就是在一个月内需要支付员工一次工资，显然公司延后1个月发工资不合理。法律依据：《工资支付暂行条例》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
