释义

法律主观：

转账支票个人可以使用。转账支票是由单位签发的，通知银行从其账户上支取款项的凭证。转账支票只能用于转账，不能提取现金。它适用于各单位之间的商品交易、劳务供应和其他经济往来的款项结算。

法律客观：

《票据法》第八十三条，支票可以支取现金，也可以转账，用于转账时，应当在支票正面注明。支票中专门用于支取现金的，可以另行制作现金支票，现金支票只能用于支取现金。支票中专门用于转账的，可以另行制作转账支票，转账支票只能用于转账，不得支取现金。
