释义	法律分析：法定节假日不包括周末。周六、周日属于公休日，用人单位安排劳动者公休日加班的，如果能在其它时间安排补休，则不用支付加班工资;如果不能安排补休，则要向劳动者支付不低于劳动合同约定的工资的百分之二百的加班工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十条用人单位在下列节日期间应当依法安排劳动者休假：（一）元旦；（二）春节；（三）国际劳动节；（四）国庆节；（五）法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。
