释义	法律分析：算。产权登记面积是指房屋竣工验收后，购房合同内填写的测绘后面积，一般签定正式购房合同后，开发商应在90天内将此合同到当地房产管理局进行注册，合同内的建筑面积也就是将来的产权证上的产权登记面积以及房屋产权证上的面积。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》第六十一条在依法取得的房地产开发用地上建成房屋的，应当凭土地使用权证书向县级以上地方人民政府房产管理部门申请登记，由县级以上地方人民政府房产管理部门核实并颁发房屋所有权证书。
