释义	优先权，是指法律上基于特殊政策性考虑而赋予某些特种债权或其他权利的一种特殊效力，以保障该项权利能够较之普通债权而优先实现。优先权是债权人依照法律的规定而对债务人的财产所享有的优先于一般债权人受偿的权利。【法律依据】《民法典》第三百八十六条，担保物权人在债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现担保物权的情形，依法享有就担保财产优先受偿的权利，但是法律另有规定的除外。
