释义	法律分析：对于在运输中销售的货物的风险转移。是自买卖合同成立时起转移给买方。但由于对运输中的货物的出险时间不易确定，所以又规定风险自交给签发运输单据的承运人时起转移给买方，这种情况须以卖方在订立合同时不知道货物已灭失或损坏的为限。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百零四条标的物毁损、灭失的风险，在标的物交付之前由出卖人承担，交付之后由买受人承担，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
