《产品质量法》属于哪类法律法规()

法律主观：
产品质量法 不包括初级农产品和建设工程。产品质量法里的产品主要时经过加工厂、制作，用于销售的产品，而农产品明显不在这个行列，属于农户自给自足的经营性产品。同时，建筑工程虽然不再产品质量法调整范围内，但建设工程使用的建筑材料、建筑构配件和设备等属于产品质量法调整。
法律客观：
《产品质量法》第二条规定：本法所称产品是指经过加工、制作，用于销售的产品。建设工程不适用本法规定;但是，建设工程使用的建筑材料、建筑构配件和设备，属于前款规定的产品范围的，适用本法规定。
