释义	法律分析：现行有效的法律法规，对此没有强制性的规定，《城市公益性公墓建设标准》，自2017年9月1日起施行。《标准》规定，应当距居民居住区500米以外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城市公益性公墓建设标准》第十三条城市公益性公墓的选址应符合当地城乡建设规划要求，优先利用荒山脊地，严禁在下列区域建设城市公益性公墓：（一）耕地、林地；（二）距铁路、公路主干线两侧500米以内；（三）距居民居住区500米以内；（四）城乡高压输配电架空线的用地内。
