释义	法律分析：不会冻结对公账户。对于欠税企业，在限期内仍未缴纳欠税的，税务机关可以直接从该企业银行账户中扣缴税款或查封企业其他财产，但不可以直接冻结该企业银行账户。冻结属于针对财务的强制措施，而采取相应刑事强制措施只能是在刑事立案以后。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零二条人民法院在必要的时候，可以采取保全措施，查封、扣押或者冻结被告人的财产。附带民事诉讼原告人或者人民检察院可以申请人民法院采取保全措施。人民法院采取保全措施，适用民事诉讼法的有关规定。
