释义	法律分析: 可以做为证据，但如果对方提出银行转账是由于双方之间的其他民事关系，仍不能免除债务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第六十四条当事人对自己提出的主张，有责任提供证据。债权人凭借债务人出具的借条，可以证明双方存在债权债务关系。债务人提出已经通过银行转账的方式将钱还给对方，并且提供了转账凭证等证据，但如果债权人又提出银行转账是因为双方其他的法律关系，比如双方之间的货款、租金等，这个时候证明责任又转移到债务人身上。
