释义	法律分析：为建立健全党政领导干部辞职制度，加强对党政领导干部的管理和监督，根据《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》和有关法律、法规，制定本规定法律依据：《党政领导干部辞职暂行规定》第十三条党政领导干部辞去公职后三年内，不得到原任职务管辖的地区和业务范围内的企业、经营性事业单位和社会中介组织任职；不得从事或者代理与原工作业务直接相关的经商办企业活动。
