法律分析:
可以的。可以通过重新办理一份公证将原有的公证遗嘱进行撤销或变更，如在遗嘱公证后，又另外再办理了一份公证遗嘱，则在二份遗嘱间对同一财产的继承上应以后一份遗嘱为准，实际上就是对前一份遗嘱的部分变更或撤销。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百四十二条 遗嘱人可以撤回、变更自己所立的遗嘱。
立遗嘱后，遗嘱人实施与遗嘱内容相反的民事法律行为的，视为对遗嘱相关内容的撤回。
立有数份遗嘱，内容相抵触的，以最后的遗嘱为准。
