释义	亲生父母和子女的关系是基于血缘形成的，而这种关系是无法改变的，所以我国法律对断绝亲生父母与子女关系的行为是不支持的。亲生父母声明与子女脱离关系或子女声明与亲生父母脱离关系，都是违背法律基本要求的，法律对这种做法是不会予以支持的。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
