释义	婚前财产加名后，一般是不能取消的，因为此时房屋属于过户状态，过户后当事人没有特定的理由的不能要求取消过户。不过如果受赠人严重侵害赠与人或者赠与人的近亲属的利益，或受赠人不遵守赠与合同中所约定的内容的，赠与人可以依法取消赠与。法律依据: 《民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。第六百五十九条赠与的财产依法需要办理登记或者其他手续的，应当办理有关手续。
