释义	法律分析：第一，驾校在车管所给你建档，这个费用车管所一般不会退。第二，要交所有科目考务费，你提出退费等于你违约，应当给于驾校适当补偿。第三，驾校是企业，赚钱是目的，雁过拔毛理所当然。具体没有退费标准。只能协商可以。但是全部退应该是不可能法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十五条道路交通安全违法行为累积记分周期(即记分周期)为12个月，满分为12分，从机动车驾驶证初次领取之日起计算。
