释义	法律分析：有限公司增资应该是股东之间的约定。现在的有限公司都是注册资本认缴制。也就是说注册资本只要认缴完就可以了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百七十九条有限责任公司增加注册资本时，股东认缴新增资本的出资，依照本法设立有限责任公司缴纳出资的有关规定执行。第二十六条有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。公司全体股东的首次出资额不得低于注册资本的百分之二十，也不得低于法定的注册资本最低限额，其余部分由股东自公司成立之日起两年内缴足。
