释义	法律分析：合同一年一签合法，劳动合同期限是可以任意确定的，只要双方协商一致。但是如果已经签订了两次固定期限劳动合同，在第二份劳动合同到期后，如果双方都愿意续签，单位应当签订无固定期限劳动合同法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十三条固定期限劳动合同，是指用人单位与劳动者约定合同终止时间的劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以订立固定期限劳动合同。
