释义	法律分析：签好离婚协议只是登记离婚的第一步，即双方达成了离婚的合意，但是中国的《结婚和离婚都是要通过登记来完成的，如果没有登记离婚，协议签好之后，是没有生效的，该协议就是民法里面所讲的附条件生效的一个合同，即以离婚为前提，该协议才生效，如果没有离婚(经过法定的认可)，该协议未生效，也就无异废纸了。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十八条婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿离婚，并已经对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的，予以登记，发给离婚证。
