释义	法律分析：原则上是不合法的。房主或转租人，自行对原设计的基本房间隔断间进行出租的行为，属于非法行为，出租人将受到行政处罚。出租房屋应当以原规划设计为居住空间的房间为最小出租单位，不得改变房屋内部结构分割出租，不得按床位等方式变相分割出租。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商品房屋租赁管理办法》第六条有下列情形之一房屋不得出租： (一)属于违法建筑的(二)不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制标准的(三)违反规定改变房屋使用性质的(四)法律、法规禁止出租的其他情形。
