释义	法律分析：对于可以证明埋藏物或隐藏物主人的，归原主人所有。对于不能证明其所有权归属的，通常应上交国家所有，国家会给予一部分物质奖励。同时，如果发现的埋藏物、隐藏物为文物的，归国家所有，如果发现人隐匿不交出的，将会构成犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百一十九条拾得漂流物、发现埋藏物或者隐藏物的，参照适用拾得遗失物的有关规定。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
